golf clubs–TaylorMade R11 Driver

The  R11 Driver is the ultimate driver for adjustability. It may not have as many loft/ lie combinations as some of the other drivers out there, but it has more variables to adjust, including heel and toe weighting for a neutral, fade, or draw bias and an adjustable sole plate for the open, neutral, or closed look. TaylorMade claims 100 yards of left to right adjustability.

When you address the ball, you’ll notice how easy it is to tell at address if the clubface is open or closed. The black clubface also provides a lot of contrast making it super easy to aim the R11 at your intended target. To be honest, I thought aesthetically a white driver is cool, but not very practical and just some marketing gimmick to sell more wholesale golf clubs.

The Taylormade R11 Irons feature variable face thickness. Starting with 2.0mm thick face in the long irons to 2.3mm in the mid irons and 2.5mm in the short irons for enhanced feel. An Optimized Inverted Cone that brings a larger COR area and improved control over your shot distance.

Taylormade utilizes its inverted cone technology to expand the sweet area reducing overall loss on off center hits. The multifunctional sole is versatile and made to excel in any lie. The new R11 irons has traditional lofts with a 27.5* 5 iron and is considered between mid and compact size with less offset. The new grooves are USGA/R&A Conforming.

Prefer to choose TaylorMade R11 Driver?

Do you agree with me? In my opinion, I think that the R11 Driver is the best driver on the golf market. If you really know it, you will find that the driver is really waht you want. r 11 driver It has new technology, like an adjustable sole that can adjust the face angle of the club, as well as the ability to adjust the launch angle, making it a truly adjustable driver.
I have been hitting the callaway Razr Hawk Tour and the burner superfast 2.0 and my average carry is about 290 with a total distance of around 305 to 315. I just picked up the taylormade r11 today and hit on my launch monitor to compare it to the other two clubs. My first 5 drives carried 320 yards with about 1100 backspin and a total of 340. r11 taylormade driver the adjustability of this driver, especially the loft adjustment are very benificial to any skill level and is also a very good way of teaching amateurs how to it a fade and draw. I would definitly reccomend this stick to anyone.

The Detailed Introduction about TaylorMade R11 Irons

Precision Weighting Port and Progressive CG location
The first thing about the R11 iron that will grab the golfer’s attention is its red precision-weighting port, a technology initially introduced in TaylorMade’s forged iron lineup, including the Tour Preferred MB. The precision-weighting port allows TaylorMade engineers to guarantee precise swingweight and ensure center-face Center of Gravity (CG) location in every iron. The result is optimal consistency in feel and performance from one club to the next.
Ultra-Thin Face and TaylorMade’s Renowned Inverted Cone Technology
The ultra-thin face construction of the
promotes faster ball speed and distance in long- and middle-irons. Each R11 iron also features TaylorMade’s renowned Inverted Cone clubface technology originally found in the TaylorMade Burner Irons, which expands the area of the face that delivers fast ball speed, which promotes improved distance on off-center hits.
Multi Functional Sole and Advanced Groove Design
Progressive shaping makes the longer irons more forgiving, and the shorter irons more compact and workable. TaylorMade Tour Staff professional Nick Faldo, an aficionado of finely designed irons, worked extensively with the TaylorMade design team to ensure that the topline of each iron blends into the hosel in just the right way to preserve the iron’s beauty at address.
The soles of the R11 irons are moderately thin (with the exception of the long-irons) and the leading edge is moderately sharp, helping it to enter and exit the turf quickly and smoothly. The long-irons are engineered with wider soles to pull the center of gravity lower for easier, higher launch while also increasing MOI to make them more stable and forgiving.
R11 irons also incorporate an advanced, USGA-conforming groove design to promote increased spin and control from the rough.
Today TaylorMade is proud to announce the expansion of the R11 franchise with the introduction of the new R11 irons, which are engineered for the player who appreciates the shape and refinement of a tour-grade iron but needs the help of advanced technology to launch the ball high, straight and long with less effort, regardless of handicap.

on the success of their R11 driver

TaylorMade’s Burner line of metalwoods for 2011 also will have white heads. If both the R11 and Burner show up dressed in white, it makes sense. White is cool in golf right now. So TaylorMade could become a show pony for white.

Separated by a few months of product launches we intend to set the record straight that the R11 Fairway is just as amazing as the R11 driver. The Fairway features the same Flight Control Technology as the Driver which allows players to adjust each one of their shots. This means that the adjustable sole changes face and launche angles. The most eye catching part of this fairway is the impressive all white non glare clubhead finish. That’s what’s not as impressive the adjustability and versatility is what really distinguishes this clubs above the rest. With the ability to adjust the club to either a neutral or closed face allows golfers the unique ability to shape their shots.

Riding on the success of their R11 driver, which has already claimed huge wins this season. The driver was most recently used in back-to-back wins Darren Clarke at the Open Championship and then Sean O’Hair and the RBC Canadian Open. Both used their favorite R11 driver to make it happen. Although the R11 line has received the most attention there has been just as many converts to the Burner SuperFast 2.0 line including PGA Players Jason Day and Y.E. Yang.

They basically put every type of new technology they could into these irons. Blending distance, forgiveness, easy launch, with a soft feel and sound for a solid hitting club. I like that they still have that classic look, great lines but you can definitely tell they have all the high-tech details.

We’re not going to lie the fairway wood is just as impressive as the R11 driver. The adjustability is incredible, ball flights out of this world. If you are looking for a customizable fairway wood look no further.

At long last TaylorMade finally unveiled their R11 Irons. TaylorMade’s latest expansion to the overwhelmingly popular R11 line was to create an iron set that was engineered for players who appreciate the shape and refinement of a tour-grade iron but need the help of technology to launch the ball high, straight, and long with less effort, regardless of handicap. Already tested as a forgiving and easy to hit club. The R11 irons are definitely not blades or a set of tour only clubs. Designed with more forgiveness in mind they appeal to a much larger audience. On the heels of Ping’s big announcement for their new golf clubs for next season I’m sure was no coincidence.
